Cheesy Pickle Chips With Homemade Pickles

This is a simple and rewarding recipe, a great snack and man it tastes great!

Ingreidents

3 Large Cucumbers
1 Pot of Water That Has Been Boiled And Then Cooked To Room Temperture
2 Whole Cloves Of Garlic
Cardimon
Fresh Dill
Mustard Seeds
Vinegar
Salt You Really Want To Use Real Salt
1 Block Of Cheese Graded

Instructions

You first want to boil some water, and then let cool to room temperture, this is to get rid of any chemicals that is in your tap water.

In 3 Mason Jars, put some garlic cardamom, some mustard seeds and fresh dill, you want to stack this a bit, so a bit then cucumbers, and then more cardamom garlic and dill, mustard seeds, and then 1 cup of Vinegar in each jar.

Dump your cucumbers and layer it with the spices and cukes, and then add water, and give it a good shake and then close it up and let is set for a week.

When a week has passed simply take some cheese and put it on the bottom of a cupcake tray, and then put a pickle in, and then cover it with more cheese.

Preheat your oven to 350 and bake for 10 minutes.

Let these cool down and then you can fridge this for a while and then serve.

Its best served with some ranch dressing.

Canadian Ginger Chicken

Ginger Chicken may be considered a Chinese dish, but it is a Canadian Chinese dish, and one of my absolute favorites, and something I can not live with out!

If you haven’t tried this at your local Chinese joint, this is one to definitely try! It is fast and easy to make and man it tastes great!

Ingredients

6 Chicken Breasts (Chopped To Bite Sized)
Corn Starch
Ground Black Pepper
No-Salt
4 TBS Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 TBS Rice Wine Vinegar
1 TBS Oyster Sauce
1 TBS Sweet Soy Sauce
2 TBS Soy Sauce
1 TBS Roasted Sesame Seed Oil
1 Large Onion
1 Cup Of Grated Fresh Ginger
1 Whole Garlic Grated
1/2 A Daikon Chopped
2 Cups Of Rice Pre Made
2 Green Peppers Chopped

Instructions

Take your chicken breasts, and apply salt and pepper, and corn starch to cover and mixed and set aside.

Now for The Sauce!

In A Bowl 3 TBS Of Corn Starch, 1 Cup of Water, 4 TBS Of Sugar Free Maple Syrup, rice wine vinegar, 2 TBS Soy Sauce, and 1 TBS of sweet soy sauce 1 TBS oyster sauce and your sesame seed oil and stir well, give it some taste tests to make sure that your happy with the flavor, and adjust as needed.

Now To Cook.

In a pan with some oil in it, cook up your chicken until its done, when done add your veggies, and then your sauce, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
