Our take on a famous Cajun recipe, tastes great and absolutely amazing!

Ingredients

1 Pack Of Ground Pork
1 Sausage Cut Up Small
1 Pack Of Chicken Thighs Cut Up
1 White Onion Chopped Up
4 Celery Socks Chopped Up
8 Ocra Chopped Up
3 Jalopino Seeds In Chopped Up
3 Sweet Peppers Chopped Up
3 TBS Of Worshisire Sauce
Ground Black Pepper To Taste
5 TBS Cajun Spice
4 TBS Chipolte Spice
1 Container Of Chicken Broth
1 Can Of Spaghettis Sauce
1 Can Of Crushed Tomatos

Instructions

Add all ingreidents except your rice into your slow cooker, and mix up as you add them.

Cook for 7 hours on low.

After 7 Hours Add your Rice and Cook For Another hour on high.

After that you are good to go serve it up in a bowl and enjoy!

This is so easy, just put your ingreidents in and and let it cook, and this will turn out amazing!

Ribs 2025!

The best ribs you can imagine with out having to go outside to BBQ, these are mouth watering, and tastes so amazing.

Ingredients

Tin Foil
Pork Side Ribs

Marinade Mix

2 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 TBS Yellow Mustard
1 Chili Vinegar
1 TBS Oregano
5 Applewood
2 TBS Maple Bacon Spice
2 TBS Smoke Paprika
Ground Black Pepper To Taste
1 TBS Of Liquid Smoke

BBQ Sauce

1 TSP Of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBS Of Mirin
5 TBS Of Sweet Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
1/4 Cup Of Your Favorite Good Quality BBQ Sauce
2 TSP Smoked Apple Wood Spice
1 Apple (Blended Through A Food Processor

Instructions

Take a baking tray and line the bottom with alluminim foil.

In a bowl take your marinade mix and mix it up really good.

With the meat side up place the ribs on the tray on top of the alluminum foil.

Now spread the the marinade over the ribs and pat it down good on both sides, and then cover the top with Aluminum foil and stick in the fridge, for at least 4 hours, over night preferably.

Preheat your oven to 300F

Bake the ribs as is in the oven for 2 hours.

In another bowl mix the BBQ Sauce ingredients together.

At 2 hours take the ribs out of the oven, remove the top layer of aluminum foil, and spread the BBQ sauce on both sides leaving the meaty side on top and bake for 30 more minutes.

After 30 minutes your done. You can serve this with fries rice, and what ever veggies you want.

These were some of the best ribs we’ve ever had, and the bones come right out, honestly, no regrets!

5 Star Sole Fillet

An amazing fish dinner, tastes great, and has amazing flavor!

Ingredients

Serving Sauce

1 Jalopino
2 TBS Of Garlic Minced
1 ” Ginger Root
2 Ripe Avocados
1 Can Of Jellied Cranberry
1 TBS Applewood Spice
1 TBS Mustard Powder
1/2 Cup Of Mayonnaise
1 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 TBS Of Hoisin Sauce
1 TBS Roasted Sesame Seeds
2 TBS Of Sweet Soy Sauce
Ground Black Pepper
3 TBS Miran Sweet Rice Wine

Cooking Sauce

1 Half Large Lemon Juiced
1 Lime Juiced
1/2 Cup Of Orange Juice
1 TBS Of Tajin
1 TBS Indian Chili Peppers

4 Sole Fish Flanks
Fresh Dill Chopped Up
Some Butter
1/2 Lemon Sliced Into Slices

Instructions

For the sauce put contents into a strong blender and blend until smooth and put contents into a container and into the fridge to cool down for a while and set.

For the cooking sauce, pour it all into a container and into the fridge to keep chilled until you are ready to cook.

Get a pan nice and hot, put some extra virgin olive oil in the pan, and then put some butter in it and let it melt.

Put your sole in and let it cook with some dill salt and pepper and then pour the cooking sauce, this should take 3 minutes per size.

When done plate and let set for a few minutes, and pour on the serving sauce.

Serve with your favorite sides, we choose carrots and mashed potatoes.

This was an easy meal to make, and easily a 5 star dish, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

Aimee’s Moose Ball Casserole

This is a really yummy and creative bowl, one of Aimee’s specalty.

Phase 1 Ingredients.

Salt
2 TBS Black Pepper
1 Pack Of Ground Beef
4 Large Potatoes
2 TBS Paprika
2 TBS Onion Powder
2 TBS Garlic Powder
1/4 Block Of Cheese Shredded
1 Can Of Cream Corn
1 Egg
1 Bottle Of Terrake Sauce
1 One Onion Sliced

Phase 2 Directions

Fill a large bowl with water
take 4 potatoes, clean them and slice them into small cubes and put them into the bowel and let them soak in water for 30 minutes

Take a baking pan and put a bit of oil in it to make sure nothing sticks.

After 30 minutes, take the potatoes out drain them and dry them and line them into a layer in the bottom of the pan.

Preheat your oven to 400F

Season them with salt and pepper, and then take your ground beef and add an egg and your spice inside the bowl and mix it up and start making balls and put them on top of the potatoes.

Pour some sauce to cover everything, then your cheese spread equally over it, finally pour over your cream corn.

Put some tin foil on top and put in the oven for 45 minutes, when done make sure they are fully cooked, and let sit for 10 minutes.

Newfi Fish Cakes

This is an awesome and amazing meal, you need to try it!

Ingredients

Mashed Potatoes

5 Russet Potatoes
3 Spoons Of Butter
Milk As Needed
Quarter Block Of Cheese Grated.

Phase 1 Fish

Some butter and oil

Some ocean fish, unsalted.

Phase 2 Mashed Potatoes

Take your potatoes and put them in a pot and boil them until they are soft, and mash them add a bit of milk until they are nice and soft, just eye it the best you can, add a bit of black pepper, and some margarine, or butter, and then add your cheese and mix it up really good and let it cool fully.

Phase 3 Fish

Ocean Fish
1 TBS Ground Garlic
1 TBS Ground Ginger
A Few Squirts Of Lemon Juice
A Few Squirts Of Lime Juice

Take your fish and cut it down very small, all you want here is pepper.

Once the butter is ready put the the fish in the pan.

Put some butter, and oil into your pan and let it melt down a bit, then put your fish in, pepper it, put your garlic and ginger in.

Spray some lemon and lime juice,

Once cooked drain the liquids out and let the fish rest until its cold.

The Sauce

A Stick Of Butter
Milk
A Bit Of Oil
1 TBS Of Garlic
1 TBS Of Garlic Powder
1 TBS Of Thyme
1 TBS Of Dill
1 TBS Of Ground Mustard
1 TBS Of Basil

In a pan put some milk butter and oil into a pan, add some garlic and through everything you add keep on mixing things in, add some onion powder and the rest of your spices.

Once it is boiling take it off the heat and add it to your potatoes.

Baking The Cake

Pre Heat Your Air Fryer to 400.

Combine everything and mix it up really good.

Once It Is Pre Heated, Put some oil on a plate, so you can brush it, and brush the bottom of the air fryers pan.

Take your hand and make your pattys and put them into the air fryer pan and make sure to coat each side with oil, and then cook 10 minutes per side, you may have to do it for another 10 minutes until they are done.

Serve with some baked beans, and maybe some sour cream and tarter sauce and your good!
