Lasagna

This one of Aimee’s favorite meals, she absolutely loves this and honestly, after this one, I think I love it too!

Ingreidents

3 Cloves Of Garlic Minced
1 Long Skinny Eggplant Chopped
1 Container Of Mushrooms Chopped
2 Green Peppers Chopped
Lo Salt
Ground Black Pepper
24 Italian Sausages
1 Pack Of Sour Cream
1 Small Container Of Rakatta Cheese
1 Block Of Cheese grated
1 Can Of Sphetti Sauce
3 Cans Of Crushed Tomatoes
2 Packs Of lasagna noodles

Instructions

To prep take your sauces out of their casings and start to break it down to ground meat consistency.

In a pan with olive oil, add in your garlic, eggplant, mushrooms and green peppers, add in your ground black pepper and lo salt, and start cooking them down not caramelized but just softer, add your sausages that you had just taken out of their casings.

Cook this until the pork is fully cooked, and broken down as much as you can.

In another pot put in your crushed tomatoes and spaghetti sauce add what ever spices you like, oregano, ground black pepper, onion powder, what ever you like, cook this up to it starts bubbling.

Take your sour cream and rakata cheese and mix it together.

Take a casserole dish, and cover the bottom with a small layer of sauce, then with lasagna noodles, more sauce, then meat sauce, grated cheese, and the sour cream cheese mix, and then add another layer, and keep this up until its done.

Cover your lasagna up with aluminum foil and put into a pre heated oven at 350, and then bake for 45 minutes, and then take the cover off and finish up for 15 minutes, leaving sit for another 10 minutes before serving.

This is super easy and fun to make!

Chicken Fajita Bowl

A very delicious and cheap way to make your fajitas as they are so expensive to buy.

Chicken

Chicken Breasts
Bottle Of Salsa Guacamole
Low Sodium Fahita Spice Mix

Ground Black Pepper To Taste

Chipolte Sauce

A Handfull Of Cilantro Leafs
1.5 Cups Of Sour Cream
3/4 Cups Of Mayonaise
3 Containers Of Chipolte Peppers in Adobo Sauce
2 TBS Of Tajin
Juice OF 1 Lime
2 TBS Of Cumming
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
2 TBS Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Veggies


4 Sweet Peppers
1 Large Onion (You can do 2)

Serving


2 Cups Of Sticky Pre Cooked
1 Bottle Of Salsa
1/4 Of A Block Of Cheese Shredded

Instructions

Chicken Prep and Marginations

Cut your chicken down the center than small strips, then small pieces.

Put your chicken in a bowl, then dump the salsa quacamole, then your spice mix, you want to start mixing this really well to combine everything, add your ground black pepper as much as you like, then mix again.

Put this in a container and put in the fridge for a few hours to marinate.

Chipolte Sauce

In a huge blender put in your sour cream, your mayonnaise, your chipolte peppers in adobo sauce, add the tajin, squeeze in the juice of 1 lime, and then your cumming, add some ground black pepper, and then your cilantro, and then the olive oil, and mix this well in your blender until smooth, put this in a container and put in the fridge to rest for a while.

Veggies

Take your veggies and cut them into sticks the way you would want them served

Cooking Time

Cook down the chicken, and then the veggies, you only want them cooked for about 3 minutes, you don’t need them cooked completely down, just a bit to soften them up.

When your done with the cooking, put a few spoonful’s of rice in a bowl, then some chicken and then veggies, then serve with your chipolte sauce and salsa and cheese on the side, and your done.

With the prices being so high for this at any restaurant, its a great idea to make this on your own, and let me tell you it tastes a good, and honestly this is something you can do yourself and make a really impressive meal!

Quaso

We absolutely love getting Quaso chip dip, its one of our favorite and its absolutely amazing, the problem is when you buy it, it has a lot of salt and sugar, and it isn’t cheap for a little quantity, so its time to make this for ourselves!

Ingreidents

2 Roma Tomatoes
Quarter Of A Large White Onion
1/2 Thing Of Garlic
2 TBS Of Paprika
Black Peppers
3 TBS Of Flour
3 TBS Of Unsalted Butter
1/2 Sweet Peppers
1 Bottle Of Quesada Sauce
1 Litter Of Buttermilk
1 Can Of Chipolte Sauce
1 Bottle Of Enchiladas Sauce
1 Block Of Cheese Shredded

Instructions

In a large oiled pot, add your butter, once its melted add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and let this cook for a few minutes, and then add your flour, and stir this in really good, add your sweet peppers, add your quasadia sauce, and mix it up well, add your chipolte sauce, and keep mixing.

Add a bottle of enchilada sauce, and keep stirring, add your milk, once its boiled slowly combine your cheese, until its melted and then take off the heat and let it cool before putting it into the refrigerator.

This turned out great, and man it won’t last long and it tastes so good!

Garlic Fingers

Garlic Fingers are a staple for having pizza, it tastes great, and so easy to make!

Ingreidents

1/2 Cup Of Warm Water
2 TBS Of Oil
1 TSP Of Sugar
1/2 Instant Yeast
1 1/2 Cups Of All Purpose Flour
A Pinch Of Salt
1/2 Cup Of Garlic Butter
1/4 Block Of Cheese Of Your Choice And Shred It.

Instructions

Add everything in order, and then mix and kneed it into a ball for 5 minutes, and cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Flatten and roll the ball on a flat surface, and put it on to a baking pan.

Spread a lot of garlic butter over it, spread over cheese evenly.

Preheat your oven to 425 and then cook it for 15 minutes, and your done, let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

This is a super easy and amazingly delicious treat, we love it , and its a wonderful and great tasting treat!

Chicken Scampi

A simple, but yet so extravagant meal, one we are very proud of!

Ingredients

Turkey/Chicken Sliced Up Into Strips or Ground
1 Cup Of Sticky Rice (Already made)
2 Cups Of Chicken Stalk
1/4 Cup Of White Wine
1/2 Cup Of Parmesan Cheese
1 Quarter Cup Of Unsalted Butter
2 TBS Parsley
3 TBS Of Lemon Juice
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper

Instructions

Season your chicken with your spices, and then cook until cooked. We used ground which is just as good, we just made sure ours was broken up. When its done remove from the pan and set aside.

Back into the pan make sure there is some oil in the pan add your butter and garlic, making sure you melt the butter down.

Add your white wine, and lemon juice, if you don’t have white wine thats fine, just add water instead, add so me, add a little salt.

After a few minutes of this cooking, you want to add your rice, and give this 3 to 4 minutes until the rice turns brown, then add your chicken broth, and bring to a low boil, and let cook for 15 minutes, keep in mind to do some stirring during this time.

You know this is done because the liquid is gone, add and mix your cheese, now we want to re add your chicken.

Add some more cheese, and parsley, and let this roast for a few more minutes, and your done!

Stuffed Peppers

This was a great dish, fun and tasted amazing, we really enjoyed this and worth all the time in the world to make it!

Ingreidents!

1.5 Cups Of Sticky Rice.
1 Pack Of Breakfast Sausages
2 TBS Of Chinese Chili Oil
2 TBS Of Applewood spice
1 TBS Of NoSalt
2 TBS Of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
6 Sweet Peppers
1 Quarter Of A Block OF Cheese graded
1 Onion Food Processed
1 Whole Garlic Food Processed
1/4 Cup Of Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
1 Pack Of Mushrooms Graded
Some finely graded parmesan cheese

Instructions

First, rinse and clean 1.5 cups of sticky rice, and cook this, rice cooker would be easier, but its ok with out it.

Now its time to prep your veggies, they should all be grinded down in the food processor, and the same with your sausages, they should go through the food processor, to get down.

In a large pot with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, on medium heat, start with cooking your onion and garlic, then add your sausages, and cook them down then your sweet Thai chili pepper, and Chinese chili oil, and then your spice, salt and pepper, and mix this well, then add your rice, and mix this really good.

Start Pre-Heating your oven.

Cut your peppers at the top and hollow them out.

Add your rice to the mix, and mix them up really good, and then add your cheese, make sure this is very mixed.

Now take this mixture and spoon it into the peppers, and then add a bit of parmesan cheese over the top of it.

Bake for 15 minutes, take it out and let it cool for a bit and your good to go!

We really enjoyed making this as well as eating this, we really hope you like this too!

Enchiladas

This was super fun to make, and tasted so amazing, definitely one we will be making a lot more often.

The Sauce

1 TBS Cinnomon
1 TBS Cuming
1 TBS Smoked Paprika
1 TBS Chili Pepper Flakes
Stock
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Large Onion Minced
1 Can Of Crushed Tomatos
1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Can Of Salsa
3 TBS Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Pack Of Corn Tortillias
1 Pack Of hamburger meat
1 Large Onion Minced
1 Large Green Pepper Minced

2 Half A Blocks Of Different Cheese Grated.
Mexican Creama

Enchilada Sauce

In a pot, start by putting your olive oil in and let it heat up, add your flour, and spices and mix it up well, then add your stock, and then your onion, your apple cyder vinegar and tomato, and salsa and bring this to a good simmer for 15 minutes.

In a frying pan cook down your hamburger meat, onion and green pepper until its fully cooked.

Put some of the beef onion pepper mix, into a tortilla and wrap it.

In a cassarolle dish and put in a little of the sauce on the bottom, and start lining your filled tortillas on the bottom.

Pour the enchlada sauce all over it.

Cover it with a lot of cheese.

Preheat your oven to 375 and bake for 25 minutes.

Let it cool a bit, then serve with some mexican creama over top.

TerQuo Special Chinese Chili Oil Pasta

This is a dish inspired by one of our most important members Quo-Fan, hes a great guy and this is his signature dish, done my way, I seriously hope I do you proud!

Ingredients

A Pack Of Noodles cooked up per instructions
Ground Beef or Pork Cooked up
Oil
1 TBS Ginger
1 TBS Garlic Powder
1 TBS Ground Cinnimon
1 TBS Ground Mustard
1 Can Of Crushed Tomatoes
1 TBS Of Roasted Sesame Oil
6 Crushed Star Anise Broken Down
A Cup Of Crushed Chili Peppers
1 Onion chopped.
1/4 Cup Of Milk
1/4 Block Of Cheese Shredded
2 TBS Of BBQ Sauce

Cooking

Pour some oil into a pot, and make sure that you have a lot of oil into it as it is your base, add your spices, all except your crushed chili peppers, and roasted sesame oil

Take your crushed chili peppers and put them in the bottom of your mason jar.

Start to cook your oil you want to cook this for about 10 minutes, when its very very hot.

When done pour it into your mason jar and give it a stir, do not serve until it has cooled down a bit.

Pour your tomatoes into a pot, and add your milk and cheese stir in some BBQ Sauce, and then your onions, and cook up.

Serving

Now we are ready to serve, in a bowl add your noodles, then some chili oil, then ground beef, then finally your sauce and your done.

Newfi Fish Cakes

This is an awesome and amazing meal, you need to try it!

Ingredients

Mashed Potatoes

5 Russet Potatoes
3 Spoons Of Butter
Milk As Needed
Quarter Block Of Cheese Grated.

Phase 1 Fish

Some butter and oil

Some ocean fish, unsalted.

Phase 2 Mashed Potatoes

Take your potatoes and put them in a pot and boil them until they are soft, and mash them add a bit of milk until they are nice and soft, just eye it the best you can, add a bit of black pepper, and some margarine, or butter, and then add your cheese and mix it up really good and let it cool fully.

Phase 3 Fish

Ocean Fish
1 TBS Ground Garlic
1 TBS Ground Ginger
A Few Squirts Of Lemon Juice
A Few Squirts Of Lime Juice

Take your fish and cut it down very small, all you want here is pepper.

Once the butter is ready put the the fish in the pan.

Put some butter, and oil into your pan and let it melt down a bit, then put your fish in, pepper it, put your garlic and ginger in.

Spray some lemon and lime juice,

Once cooked drain the liquids out and let the fish rest until its cold.

The Sauce

A Stick Of Butter
Milk
A Bit Of Oil
1 TBS Of Garlic
1 TBS Of Garlic Powder
1 TBS Of Thyme
1 TBS Of Dill
1 TBS Of Ground Mustard
1 TBS Of Basil

In a pan put some milk butter and oil into a pan, add some garlic and through everything you add keep on mixing things in, add some onion powder and the rest of your spices.

Once it is boiling take it off the heat and add it to your potatoes.

Baking The Cake

Pre Heat Your Air Fryer to 400.

Combine everything and mix it up really good.

Once It Is Pre Heated, Put some oil on a plate, so you can brush it, and brush the bottom of the air fryers pan.

Take your hand and make your pattys and put them into the air fryer pan and make sure to coat each side with oil, and then cook 10 minutes per side, you may have to do it for another 10 minutes until they are done.

Serve with some baked beans, and maybe some sour cream and tarter sauce and your good!

Loaded Scrambled Eggs

This is a copy cat video from a famous Canadian Coffee chain, Tim Hortons, and let me tell you brother its amazing and I hope you like it.

Phase 1. Ingredients

Chipolte Creama
Potatoes (You can buy tatters if you want)
Salt
Pepper
6 Eggs
Pork Belly
Green Onion (Chopped Finely)
Cheese (Grated)
Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

Phase 2. Directions

First off make your potatoes, chop them to a small bite size, and cook them in the air fryer with nothing but pepper.

Take your pork belly and slice it thinly, and in small bite size, and fry them up until they are done.

In a bowl take your eggs crack them add some salt and lo-salt, or no-salt and mix them well, and then fry them up scrambeled egg style.

When your done, take your taters, or chopped potatoes, put them in a bowl, then put in a few pieces of pork belly, and then your eggs, spread over some cheese, and then pour some chipolte creama over it, finally some green onion and your good to go!

There was no special spice in this, you can use bacon instead of pork belly, but pork belly isn’t cured, and has less fat, and if you want to make your own chipolte creama sauce simple in a bowl put a container of chipolte with adobe sauce with some mayonase and mix.
