1 Large Egg A Sprinkle Of Salt 1 Cup Of Smooth Peanut Butter 1/2 Cup Of Brown Stevia 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Phase 2 Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 Degrees, and get 2 baking sheets with parchment paper ready.
In a mixing bowl mix your peanut butter, salt, brown Stevia and chocolate chips until combined.
Scoop the cookie dough over the sheets, 2 inches apart, use a fork to flatten each cookie just a bit to a criss cross pattern.
Bake the cookies one at a time for 8 to 10 minutes, and when done let them cool for 20 minutes, and just repeat for the last tray.

This is an awesome and easy recipe, it tastes great and is easy to it is rewarding to know what you made something more healthy and tasty than what you can get in a store!
Ingredients
3 Oranges 2 cups water 1/2 cup of Sugar Free Maple Syrup 2 TBS Tajin 2 TBS Nutmeg 2 TBS Cinnamon 2 TBS Allspice 2 TBS Cloves 1 Pineapple A Package of pectin 1 TBS Lemon juice
Phase 1 – Orange Rind
Peel your oranges. Take the peels and slice them up into small chunks the kind you would want to see in a good marmalade, Save the rest of the oranges because we are going to use these later.
Take a pot and boil your water. When the water is at a boiling point boil your rind for 10 minutes. Remove it and then rinse it out.
Dump your water from the pot and boil new water. When it is at a boiling point boil the rind yet again for 10 minutes. Remove and rinse. Repeat this one more time.
In a large frying pan put in 2 cups of water, your orange rind, and bring this to a boil. Add in your maple syrup and mix and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Phase 2 – Prep Work
Core and peel your pineapple. Make sure you get rid of all the eyes and core.
Take the remainder of your oranges that you’ve already peeled and cut them down. DE-seed and get rid of the white stuff as much as you can.
Phase 3 – Making a Sauce
In a large blender add your pineapple, oranges, spices, and pectin, and lemon juice. Blend it up really good until its almost like a sauce.
Phase 4 – Jam Making Time
Pour your mix into a pan and boil low and slow until it starts to come into the consistency that you want. Slowly add your rind mix with the syrup.
When your jam has the consistency that you want take it off the heat and start pouring into your containers!
This is a great recipe, and you can double the ingredients to make a larger batch to share with your friends as you see we’ve done in the video. We hope you liked this, we know we did!
I’m sorry for the video quality, it should do the job, but we were short staff today, but this is an awesome treat, easy to make and best yet you don’t need a stove or oven, just a microwave and the ingredients.
Phase 1 Ingredients
Sugar free Jello 1 Pack Gelatin Half a cup of cold water Quarter cup of cold water Candied decorations (Optional)
Phase 2 Putting It All Together
Take a half a cup of cold water and sprinkle in 1 pack of gelitan slowly.
Stir and let this sit for 5 minutes.
Stir in the quarter cup of cold water.
Put this in your microwave for 1 minute.
Pour in your Jello mix.
Pour in a little bit of the candied decorations and stir.
Pour into your mold and put in the freezer for 2 hours.
Take it out gently and your done!
A very fast and easy treat to make, with very little effort!
We used the sugar free Jello, if you are not worried about your sugars, regular is fine, and you don’t need the candied decorations.
We hope you like this, we love it, mind you yes I am aware that this is Jello, we have made this the long hard way from making homemade Jello, but this is easy and everyone can make this!
This is a very quick and easy recipe, and wow it does a wonderful job, its great for diabetics, for those with high blood pressure, it surprises your apatite, and it is so good.
Phase 1 Ingredients
1 Can Of Chickpeas, Drained 2 TSP Minced Garlic Half Cup Of Hot Sauce 3 to 4 TBS Of Water
Phase 2 Putting It Together
In a food processor add everything other than the water, process this until it becomes pureed and then add water until its smooth and creamy.
This was a great dip, good to use as a chip or veggie dip, and so super easy to make.
Cut all the vegetiables up, dice them up nice and small, with the Jalopino you don’t have to have the seeds, but if you want the extra spice you can.
Phase 3. Mix.
Mix all the veggies up Add the spice
Now crush the juice of a lime in to the mix, and give it its final mix.
Phase 4. Fridge
Put it in the fridge for an hour or 2 and then your ready to serve!
We find this to be a super easy and fast recipe to make, we think you should enjoy this, let us know what else would you mix, you can put tomatos, you don’t have to, but you can. Note, some people do add vegetable or olive oil, but becareful of that, as it does add celeries and fat.BB

I often hear the excuse that you didn’t have time for breakfast, and that is hogwash, here is a yogurt parfait that tastes amazing, cheap and easy, and you can make a lot of it in advance to grab and go the next morning, and honestly its basically 3 ingredients and anyone can do this!
Phase 1 Ingredients
Yogurt, Greek yogurt is the best but any will do.
Granola
Fruit
Phase 2 Putting it together
Take a sealable container like a small mason jar and put it 75% full of Greek yogurt, then put in some granola and then some chopped fruit, and the fruit can be a mix, one thing, doesn’t mater what it is, can literally be anything!
Mix that all up and your good to go! Just stick them in the fridge and grab them as needed and you have a good healthy breakfast! We hope you enjoyed this one, yeah its kind of short, but it proves that a good solid breakfast doesn’t require a lot of effort or work!

These Air Fried Chicken Nuggets are super good, and easy to make and your going to love it!
Phase 1 – Ingredients
Chicken Breasts Russet Potatoes 2 Eggs 1 Large Onion
Phase 2 – Potatoes
Make some mashed potatoes the way you like them and works for you, don’t worry about the extra just simple mashed potatoes, boil the up then mash them up.
Phase 3 – Food Processor
Put a large onion in the food processor Put some chicken breasts in the food processor Process it until its completely done you want it at the consistancy that its almost like crumbs Add it to the potatoes Add 2 Eggs Add the following spices Ground black pepper Onion Powder Dill Cayenne pepper Tumeric Mix it all together so that it is completely mixed.
Phase 4 – Cooking
Pre heat your air fryer, (works best with this.) Shape into nuggets and air fry on 400 for 20 minutes.
Serve with some sauce, and veggies, it tastes great, healthy and a fun dish, we hope you like it!
This is our homemade eggrolls, which turned out great, and super easy and cheap to make, along with our tangy sweet and sour pineapple sauce, honestly this was a great time, and is going to be a great meal for today.
Phase 1 The Egg Rolls
3 carrots quarter of a cabbage 4 cloves of garlic Ginger cut to the size of a thumb Put through a food processor
Garlic food processed first, start cooking in an oiled panned.
Put the rest in the food processor
Add in a pound of ground turkey to the pan and cook and break it up until its in small pieces.
Add in the rest of the veggies mix, Add in a few drops of hot sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, light and dark soya sauce and cook it until everything is all cooked.
Let it cool when done.
Once its cooled down take a wraper paint some water in an L shape along the sides.
We Air fried ours, so pre heat your air fryer to 350 degrees, and lets get back to wrapping our eggrolls!

When your ready to cook, spray a bit of oil over all sides.
When the air fryer is ready to go, cook for 7 minutes, and then flip, then air fry for another 5 minutes on the other end and thats done, now all thats left is the sauce.
Phase 2 Saucy!
This is our Pineapple Sweet and Sour Sauce
We take some water, and put some corn starch in it and mix well.
In a pot take 2 cans of pineapple, and leave the juice in.
Add some water to it.
You want to keep mixing as you add things in.
Add some cinimin.
Add some red chili flakes.
Add some rice vinegar.
You need something sweet, but I would add some honey, rather than sugar.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
You may need to put this through a blender to make it as smooth to your liking.
Let cool and your good to go!

This is an excellent snack, it can be un healthy, and quite hot if you let it be, and you can customize it the way you want, in this recipe I am making a simple base, yes there is a bit of addition to mine, but not a whole lot, we are trying to present this in a healthier way so we are avoiding doing the butter (Yes I am aware that it does add to the flavor, but its unhealthy and I’m not sure its nessasary with all that we have in it already.
Phase 1. Corn
Cook your corn, its normal to use white corn, however not everyone can get access to it, we couldn’t find it at all.
If your using canned corn drain first, other wise cook your corn, we used a bit of low sodium salt, so me peper and tajin.
Let your corn cool off before proceeding.
Phase 2. Putting it all together.
This was easy wasn’t it?
Put some corn in a cup, now presentation is not important, not everyone will care that much.
Put 2 spoon fulls of cream cheese.
Put 2 good squirts of mayo. (Please do not use Miracle Whip)
Put a bit of lime juice over it.
Put some of your favorite hot sauce, we used Franks Sweet Thai Chilli, my absolute favorite!
Then finally add a few sprinkles of Parmesan cheese and thats it your good to go!
