Dutch Taters

Dutch Taters is something I grew up with and absolutely love, this is something that I think everyone should try.

Ingredients

2 Potatoes (Not peeled and cleaned)

2 TBS Paprika

2 TBS Onion Powder

4 TBS Ground Black Pepper

2 TBS Garlic Powder

5 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Phase 1 Setting Up

Preheat your air fryer to 475.

Slice your potatoes up in wedges what ever size you want and put them in a bowl.

Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over them.

Add your spices and pepper, and use thongs and mix it all up making sure everything is coating each tater, and if that means you need to add a bit more spice please feel free to add it.

Phase 2 Cooking

Place them in the air fryer bin, try not to over lap and cook these for 12 minutes, after this toss or flip and turn the temp up to 500 and cook for another 12 minutes (you can cook longer if need be.)

Phase 3 Serving

Serve these with any sauce you want, maybe some homemade sauce, let them cool down a bit then serve!

These are awesome as a side dish, or a snack on its own, its a great meal!

Cauliflower Pork Stir Fry

This is a great and easy dish, tastes good, and quick and easy, but yet has such a good taste to it.

Make your rice a day before if you can, use some multi-grain or brown whole grain rice, day old rice is always the best. You want 2 cups.

Heat up your wok and cook up and seperate some honey garlic pork sausages, you want to be cutting them down as they cook, and cook them until they are done.

Dice 1 large onion.

Dice up some cauliflower.

Time for the sauce.

In a bowl pour in some apple cyder vinegar
Pour in a lot of your favorite BBQ sauce
Add some mustard
Add some lemon juice
Add Worchester sauce
Add some soya sauce

When the sausage is fully cooked, add the rice into the wok.

Add the caulieflower and mix well.

Add your onion.

Add your sauce, and mix it well in, make sure its all covered.

This is a fast easy and simple recipe and tastes amazing, and is quite healthy. We hope you enjoyed this!

Hot Chicken Sandwich

You need to try our hot chicken sandwich, very tasty, easy to make and wow its amazing!

Phase 1 The Chicken

Chop your chicken up so your happy with how it will go into a sandwich
Oil a pan and start cooking it up
Add some spices, we used
Smouldering Applewood
Red pepper flakes
Cuming
Tumeric
Smoked Paprika and Onion
Cardimon
Mix the spices well and cook until done

Phase 2 The Gravy


Chop up some mushrooms thinly
Add your gravy mix
Add some mustard

Phase 3 Putting It Together


Take a slice of bread and put chicken on top of it
Put a slice of bread on top
Pour some gravy on top
