Turkey Gravy

Why buy premade or sauce mixes when you can do it yourself and make it so much better and easier!

You Want Your Drippings From Your Turkey Or Chicken, Save Them, Always!

Ingredients

1/4 Of A Block Of Unsalted Butter
1/4 Cup Of All Purpose Flour
1 Container Of Chicken Broth
1 TSP Of Sweet Cooking Wine
Add some of your favorite spices.

Instructions

In a large frying pan, add some extra virgin olive oil, and your butter let the butter melt completely.

Once the butter is melted, add your flour and stir it completely in.

Add your turkey drippings into the gravy mix, and stir that in really good.

Add in half a container of chicken broth, and keep on stiring this up, add your sweet cooking wine, and again stir, add some ground black pepper, and keep on stiring.

You don’t need to add salt to this as the broth already has enough of it in, we use the less sodium broth which isn’t completely free of sodium just less, we use maple bacon spice.

You want to keep stirring and you will feel it get thicken, and your done!
