Chicken Teriyaki

This is one of my favorite meals, and let me tell you brother, its really awesome filling and one of the best meals you’ll ever have!

Ingreidents

1 Pack Of Chicken Breasts, Sliced Very Thin.
1 Jalopino Minced
1 Half A Garlic Minced
Noodles Already Cooked
Sweet Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Large White Onion Cut Up
3 Green Peppers Cut Up
1 TSP Chinese Chili Oil
5 Stocks Of Celery
2 TBS Honey
1 TBS Oyster Sauce
1/2 Cup Of Water
1 Bottle Of Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Cup Of Flour
Ground Black Pepper
1 Batch Of Green Onion, Chopped Up

Instructions

In A Small Pot add 1 to 2 TSP of Chinese chili sauce, 2 TBS Of Honey, add 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 Cup Of sweet low sodium soy sauce, keep stirring this until it boils, add your jalopino, and garlic, and keep stirring.

For your chicken you want this cut into small pieces, slice it down the middle and then in half, and then sliced down the middle.

Add some black pepper to the mix and then your flour and mix it up really good, to make sure that you have flour over every bit of the chicken.

Heat up your frying pan with some extra virgin olive oil, and add your chicken and cook it, now add all your veggies, aside from the green onion (that goes on at the end) and keep on stirring as this will get quite heavy with all the ingreidents, and finally the noodles, mix that all in making sure that the sauce is all mixed in, once done put your bottle of teriyaki sauce is all mixed in and then at the end add your green onion and your ready to serve!

Chickpea Pasta Salad

This is a quick easy recipe, simple easy and healthy, did you know that chickpeas are good for the apatite, and great for your A1C.

Ingredients

1 Can Of Crushed Tomatos
1 Bottle Of Marinara Sauce
1 Can Of Chickpeas (Drained and Rinsed)
1 Thing Of Noodles Cooked To Instructions
Chopped UP Carrots
3 Stalks of Celery Chopped
1 Large Onion Chopped
3 Cloves Of Garlic Minced
2 Red Pepper Chopped
1 TBS Cajon Spice
1 TBS Cuming
1 TBS Allspice
1 TBS Turmeric
1 TBS Ground Mustard
1 TBS Chili Powder
1 TBS Cardamom
1 TBS Oregano
1 TBS Lemon Salt
1 TBS Basil
Some Graded Salt

Instructions

In 1 Pan with extra virgin olive oil, put your carrots, add your celery, onion and red pepper, add salt and pepper and mix together.

After cooking for a bit, put the chickpeas and garlic in, and then add your tomato and marinara sauce, then add your spices.

Add your noodles and mix really well, making sure the noodles and spices are all mixed in well.

Let this simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve this over a plate and spread a bit of cheese on top and your good to go.

This is a great dish, easy to make and wow it tastes soo amazing.

Italian Style Spaghettis Sauce

This is a great base for spaghetti sauce, it is done Italian style, and it is tasty, use this as a base, and add from there to your own flavor.

Ingredients

  1. Quarter cup of water.
  2. A TBS of baking soda.
  3. Olive oil.
  4. A whole garlic.
  5. Chili pepper.
  6. 2 Stocks of celery.
  7. 1 Large onion.
  8. Parsley.
  9. Sage.
  10. Oregino.
  11. Black Pepper.
  12. 3 Cans of crushed tomatos.
  13. 2 Cans of tomato paste.

Phase 1 Slurry

In a cup have a quarter cup of water, and add a tablespoon of baking soda, mix well and set aside.

Phase 2 Starting the sauce.

  1. Food process the garlic.
  2. Add a good amount of extra virgin olive oil into a deep frying pan and set the heat on.
  3. Add the garlic to it and start cooking that into the oil, it will infuse it.
  4. While that cooks in the food processor add 2 sticks of celery, some chili peppers, and finally 1 large onion, process this and then put this in a bowl and save it for now.
  5. Add your spices to the pan and mix well.
  6. Add your canned crushed tomatoes.
  7. At this point you want to be constantly stirring especially while you add.
  8. Add your cans of tomato paste.
  9. Now add your veggies.
  10. At this point your nearly done and you need to make sure its cooking down some and mixed well.
  11. Lastly you need to add your slurry of baking soda, and stir a lot now, as it will start to boil over, but this extra step will help you with indigestion and other issues that a high concentration of tomato product will cause you.
  12. Take it off the stove and cool down and a bit and your ready to serve, if your like us and like to save it for later in the week, wait till it is completely cooled down and freeze.

This is it! Now you can make your own meat balls, and noodles, you can add and modify this, but this will give you a great base, and honestly having the slurry will help with anyone with stomach issues, we hope you enjoy!
