This is a great Atlantic Canadian dish, one of our favorites, and it will be yours too!
Ingredients
Sauce
A Small Handful Of Fresh Rosemarry
1 Carrot
1 Garlic
3 Celery Stocks
1 TBS Mirim
1 TBS Lemon Juice
1 TBS Dill
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Cup OF Mayonaise
Some Good Buns
2 TBS Unsalted Butter
Lobster
Lettuce
Instructions
Take the sauce ingreidents into a blender and blend.
Take a pot with some extra virgin olive oil and melt your butter in a pan.
When the butter is melted, add your lobster and cook it, if pre cooked just make sure its warm.
When its finished add your lobster into the sauce, and mix.
Add some lettuce to the bottom of a bun and then your lobster mix and enjoy!
