This is my personal take on the Harry Potter Drink

Ingreidents

Can of cream Soda, We Used Xevia.
Heavy cream
butter Scotch Syrup

Instructions

In a tall glass, pour 80% cream soda and mix in some butter scotch syrup and mix it.

In a bowl pour your whipping cream, and beat with a blender until peaks form.

Pour the peaks over the cream soda.

And pour some syrup on top and your done.
